Refunds/Cancellations
100% refund 2 months out from event or 100% transfer to another event that season.
50% refund 1 month out or 75% transfer to another event in that season.
25% refund outside 14 days from event or 50% transfer to another event in that season.
0% refund within 14 days from event or 25% transfer to another event in that season.
0% refund week of event and 0% transfer to another event in that season.
No refunds will be offered for a No-Show ot Scratch at a competition regardless of the circumstance. Any payment made will be retained by Royal Events as damages to pay the costs and expenses that Royal Events incurs in such cancellation.
No payments/funds can transfer to another season of events.
All deposits for events/discounts/promotions are non-refundable.
