Royal Events believes great competition shouldn’t break the bank. Whether you’re a small program or a top-level elite team, our tiered pricing ensures accessibility while delivering value at every level.
Payments
At Royal Events, your payment rate is locked in based on when you pay, not when you register. To secure the best pricing, invoices must be paid in full by the posted deadline, no exceptions.
Rates automatically adjust after each deadline, so be sure to complete your payment on time to take advantage of the current pricing tier.

Refunds/Cancellations
Flexible refund/transfer policy based on timing:
- 2+ months before event: 100% refund or transfer to another event
- 1 month before: 50% refund or 75% transfer to another event
- Within 14 days: 25% refund or 50% transfer to another event
- No refunds within 14 days prior or 25% transfer to another event
- No refunds or transfers within week-of-event
No-Shows & Scratches:
We get it, things happen. But due to the planning, staffing, and production involved in every Royal event, payments for no-shows or scratches cannot be refunded, regardless of the circumstance. These funds are retained to cover costs already incurred in preparing your competition experience.
Season Transfers:
To maintain fairness and consistency across our event calendar, payments cannot be transferred between seasons. Each season is its own moment—and we keep it that way for everyone’s benefit.
Deposits & Discounts:
All deposits, promotional credits, and discount-based payments are non-refundable. These funds secure your space and support early planning to deliver the Royal standard you expect.
Inclement Weather Note:
At Royal Events, cancellations are incredibly rare, but your team’s safety is always a priority.
If Royal cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, your team will receive a full refund. Simple as that.
If the venue remains open, the show goes on, possibly with an adjusted or delayed schedule. We recommend building flexibility into your travel plans to ensure your team arrives on time and ready to shine.
Please note: Late arrivals may not be able to receive special accommodations, regardless of weather or travel conditions. This is to maintain a safe and fair competition experience for ALL programs! We encourage all programs to monitor local and national forecasts closely and prepare accordingly because when the lights go up, it’s time to perform.
